Kaizen Blitz

An inspired way to get engagement and demonstrate immediate benefits of CI is by running a Kaizen Blitz, often called a Kaizen Event.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt PLUS *1

*1 includes the delivery & solution of a real work based problem

Included in the agenda is:

  • 1 day e-training delivered by a Lean expert and Six Sigma Black belt.
  • Up to 4 hours 1-2-1 coaching over the duration of the project delivery (usually 12 weeks).
  • Full access to a suite of tools and templates that can be used in the project delivery.
  • A forum approach to shared knowledge and collaboration with other candidates.
  • The delivery of a real value add project ~£5k/year. *2

  • Full access to a broader suite of tools and templates that can be used in the project delivery.
  • A forum approach to shared knowledge and collaboration with other candidates.
  • The delivery of a real value add project ~£50k/year. *2
