Refunds

The company policy on refunds is that once payment has been made and access to the “Members Area” has been given, unfortunately we can’t offer a full or partial refund.

Changing Course date

When purchasing the training through the website, you are asked to select the course date as the training is live with our Consultant.
You can however, change your course date providing it is no less than 14 days before the original purchased course date. To change course date please contact us stating your circumstances and preferred course date.

Resources

All resources found in the “Members Area” will remain the property of The C.I. Consultant Ltd and are to be used only by the candidate enrolling for the course, for completion of the course and/or project delivery. Material pertaining to the course are not to be downloaded and/or distributed to other parties.

Course Duration

All courses have a fixed duration and access to resources via the “Members Area” will cease following this period. Under certain circumstances, where a project cannot be completed in time, an extension for project completion can be agreed and access to resources also extended. Please contact us

Course Completion and Certification

All candidates completing the course through a project delivery can receive a Certificate of Completion validated by the Consultant (who is an employee of The C.I. Consultant Ltd). We cannot yet offer any digital certification (for example badging for posting on Social media) but a pdf certificate will be offered. If in the future, digital certification or badging becomes available, we will upgrade your certification for free.
